The EUMEPLAT project team met in Ghent from 14th to 16th December 2022 to discuss about the state-of-the-art of the research activities, notably on WP2 – Fake News: Platformization of Journalism, WP3 – Hegemony: Platformization of Video and WP4 – Exclusion: Platformization of Media Representations.

The partners, along with external participants, had also the opportunity to assist to two dissemination conferences: a Round table on European audiovisual industries and platformization and a keynote by Eugenia Siapera on Europeanisation and Platformisation: three views from below.
